Play and Sports Area on Severny Boulevard

Client: Department of Capital Repair of the City of Moscow (DKR).

Objective: Severny Boulevard is located near the Otradnoye metro station, surrounded by residential buildings, schools, and kindergartens. The primary goal was to significantly upgrade the neighborhood’s recreational infrastructure, making it a comfortable and functional leisure space for residents of all ages.

Solution: the Leber team proposed a comprehensive fit-out for the area, thoughtfully dividing it into distinct play and sports zones. Several diverse structures were installed to cater to children of different ages. The space was further enhanced with geometric climbing boulders, a spatial rope sphere, built-in trampolines, and swings. For teenagers and adults, a fully equipped workout area featuring outdoor fitness machines and parallel bars was installed.

Result: a modern, well-designed space was created on Severny Boulevard. The project successfully accomplished the modernization of Otradnoye’s infrastructure, becoming a popular focal point for families with children, schoolchildren, and fitness enthusiasts.
