Technologies paint

Leber Durable Painting (special powder coating)

We use Leber Durable Painting technology with eco-friendly powder coating materials to create durable, safe, and aesthetically pleasing coatings. Powder compositions include polyester, epoxy, and hybrid systems. The paint is resistant to mechanical damage and environmental exposure, which increases the lifespan of the products. Painting is carried out in a powder coating booth.
Technologies corrosive

Leber Zinc Protect (corrosion protection)

Zinc treatment of metal products, increasing rust resistance by 4 times. This ensures the quality and durability of Leber equipment and allows it to be operated even in extremely humid climatic conditions. We apply zinc-containing powder primer to metal products before painting, and then send them for 10-minute polymerization at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. The protective zinc coating envelops the metal part. In the air, zinc forms a protective oxide film that prevents oxygen from penetrating, thereby preventing corrosion. After processing with Leber Zinc Protect technology, the zinc content in the coating of metal parts reaches 70%. This not only reliably protects against rust but also allows for the creation of an ideal surface for powder coating application. The paint adheres evenly and does not flake off over time. Such products look more expensive and retain their original appearance longer, even with daily active outdoor use. We provide an extended warranty on products processed with Leber Zinc Protect technology. This is why designers choose them for the most important projects.

Shot Blasting

After welding, we treat the metal surfaces of all products using shot blasting. Abrasive shot is directed at the surface at high speed, removing a thin top layer. This effectively removes rust, scale, old coatings, and other contaminants. Thus, the risk of corrosion is minimized, powder polyester paint adheres better, and the product’s resistance to mechanical stress is increased. Shot blasting not only cleans the surface but also creates a micro-texture that improves the adhesion of paint and other protective coatings. This process also densifies the metal surface, increasing its wear resistance and extending the product’s lifespan. This technology allows us to be confident that every metal element will not only delight with its quality but also maintain its perfect appearance for years.
Technologies chain

Marhi Node

In the production of connecting elements for our product components, we use the patented «Marhi Node» technology. This ensures a high level of connection strength, which is especially important in structures subjected to intensive loads. Connecting elements created using the «Marhi Node» have various lengths and heights, demonstrating the versatility and adaptability of this technology. It is actively used in the creation of stainless steel slides, swings, developmental elements, and children’s play complexes. The «Marhi Node» technology allows for the creation of connecting elements that possess high resistance to deformation and comply with strict safety standards. The use of this technology optimizes the production process, reducing manufacturing time while improving the quality of finished products.

Metal Passivation

Treatment of metals with a special chemical composition, which significantly increases their corrosion resistance, followed by grinding and polishing to a «mirror» finish. Passivation creates a thin protective layer on the metal surface that prevents contact of the material with aggressive environments, such as moisture. The protective layer not only acts as an anti-corrosion coating but also gives the metal a more even and homogeneous appearance that is maintained for a long time. We pay special attention to weld passivation — this is an important stage in the treatment of welded joints, which significantly improves operational characteristics and eliminates defects.
Technologies fabrication

Welding Robot

In production, we use a welding robot and 7 jigs, which allows for the simultaneous creation of up to 7 products. The process involves working on 4 tables, including a rotating double-sided table. With the robot, we developed a technology for creating a single continuous weld seam. This significantly improved part quality through an enhanced welding process and ensured stronger, more reliable connections. Robotization of the welding process freed welders from performing simple and typical tasks. Now they use their skills in more intellectual activities, contributing to the development and improvement of new products.

VR Technologies

We use virtual reality technology for designing children’s play complexes and furniture. This allows us to examine every detail of our project even before physical implementation begins. This helps us better understand how users will interact with the product and assess how well it will fit into the surrounding environment. Structural engineers, when developing play complexes, explore every corner of the playground, visualize how children will play there, and consider all aspects to ensure the process is as safe and convenient as possible. The same technology helps in furniture design. Designers and constructors not only see every detail in virtual reality but can also experiment with materials, forms, and functionality. This makes it possible to create unique, personalized products that precisely match the tastes and needs of our clients.
Technologies zinc

Leber Hot Zinc Protect (Enhanced Corrosion Protection)

A technology that provides decades of corrosion protection — using the hot-dip galvanizing method. We immerse metal products in molten zinc at a temperature of about 450°C, which creates a strong, rust-resistant shell. A thick layer of zinc can protect metal for decades. Under normal conditions, such a coating can last up to 50 years or more. Zinc penetrates all cavities and crevices of the product, providing protection even in hard-to-reach areas. The coating not only physically isolates the metal from the environment but also chemically protects it by creating an oxide film. The zinc coating gives the product a characteristic silvery-gray hue, which can vary from light matte to shiny metallic. The surface becomes even and smooth. Sometimes crystalline patterns may be visible on the surface — this is a natural result of the zinc crystallization process, which does not affect the protective properties of the coating.

Packaging Section

Technologies package delivered

Primary Packaging

We use a multi-layered packaging system that ensures complete preservation during long-term storage and transportation. First, we protect the equipment with soft materials, then place it in sturdy boxes or special containers. This provides reliable protection against mechanical impacts, humidity fluctuations, and other external factors.

Additional Packaging for Long-Distance Transportation

We offer an additional packaging service for equipment that needs to be delivered over long distances. The type of packaging is selected individually for each case. This service is designed to provide an even higher level of protection. Proper packaging and careful loading of equipment into the vehicle are fundamental to its preservation during transportation. We will ensure that your equipment is delivered to its destination in the same condition as it left our production complex or warehouse.

Quality standards

We understand the immense responsibility that comes with manufacturing children’s play equipment. That’s why we do everything we can to ensure every parent knows their child is completely safe when playing on Leber playgrounds.
