Production Stages

Metalworking ShopHere, on modern CNC machines, we perform high-precision cutting and bending of metal pipes with an accuracy of less than 0.1 mm. After processing, the parts undergo robotic welding, shot blasting, and powder coating for ideal surface quality.

Woodworking ShopIn this shop, timber and boards are cut, milled, and drilled according to precise templates. Wooden elements are then primed, sanded, and covered with a finishing layer for durability.

Sheet Material ShopCNC machines are also installed here, which cut sheet metal. After this, the edges of the parts are processed with diamond cutters. Finished elements are immediately sent for assembly or packaging.

Rope ShopSpecialized equipment allows for precise cutting and processing of ropes of various diameters. All products undergo strength control before being transferred to the assembly shop.

Assembly ShopHere, complex structures are assembled: play elements, scientific playgrounds, and small architectural forms. We check assembled modules for compliance with drawings before sending them for packaging.

Packaging ShopWe carefully package finished products in protective materials, barcode them, and complete them for shipment to the warehouse. We use packaging solutions that guarantee the safety of products during transportation.
