Leber works with larch, pine, aspen, and acacia — species known for their durability and natural beauty.
We select the type of wood individually for each request.
Modern children grow up in environments dominated by concrete and asphalt. Our wooden products give them a chance to connect with nature, feel the warmth, and appreciate the beauty of natural material, sourced from Siberia.
Our pine originates from Siberian forests, where trees grow slowly and form a dense structure. We select only the best defect-free trunks. Even without additional treatment, they exhibit high strength and are not affected by insects and fungi.
Siberian pine easily withstands harsh weather conditions, including long cold winters and humid climates.
We first treat pine components with oil to enhance their durability and improve their natural appearance. Then we apply a primer and a finishing coat. This additional layer not only protects the surface from water penetration but also gives it a smooth texture and a pleasant natural color.
Our team of engineers has carefully designed structural solutions for all wooden products: pillars are equipped with polished galvanized steel collars to avoid direct contact with the ground and reduce the risk of mold and rot, and special stress-relief grooves help stabilize the wood and minimize the risk of cracking.

Light and strong wood, characterized by its moisture resistance. Aspen is ideal for use in outdoor structures as it does not rot even with prolonged contact with water. Aspen is also known for its ability to dry quickly, which prevents deformation and maintains product shapes.
Wood with exceptional resistance to mechanical damage. Larch is characterized by durability, making it an excellent choice for structures subjected to intensive use. It has a natural beautiful color and texture, which become even more expressive over time.
Strong and durable wood with a high content of natural oils. Robinia products require minimal maintenance and can last for many years. It does not require the use of chemical wood preservatives. It is resistant to UV radiation, which helps preserve its original color.
Leber uses «Extra» grade glued laminated timber made from pine and aspen.
All knots, cracks, resin pockets, and other defects are cut out from each lamella — only dense, uniform wood remains.
Each lamella consists of kiln-dried board, which helps prevent deformation and ensures stable lamella geometry.
Lamellas are joined using a tongue-and-groove technology, based on a finger-joint principle. Timber usually consists of three to five lamellas — this significantly increases strength.
No resin, which means no risk of delamination and cracks even in heat and sharp temperature fluctuations.
The surface is smooth, without burrs. This is achieved through final surface finishing in production.
Due to its uniform structure, the timber does not deform under load and lasts longer.
The production of «Extra» grade glued laminated timber requires more raw material, as a significant portion of lamellas with defects are rejected. At the same time, the overall aesthetics and surface uniformity of the pillars are ensured.
