Sergey Kuznetsov joined Leber in 2024 and immediately set the goal to establish the best service in the market. He successfully built a high-performing team of Financial Responsibility Center leaders and implemented the efficient Balanced Scorecard assessment system.

Sergey’s leadership brought about a transformation in freight flows and the launch of the Leber Logistics project. With his help, the company finished describing the AS-IS business processes in the supply chain and production facilities in Mytishchi.

Currently, Sergey is responsible for the entire operational department of the company: production in Mytishchi and Solnechnogorsk, warehouse, claims, transportation, and installation.

Sergey Kuznetsov is a member of the Supply Chain Professionals Council and co-author of the book “Practical Guide to Supply Chain Management”. Among his interests are reading professional literature, practicing yoga, and traveling.
