Janos Juhasz joined Leber in 2018. During this time, he raised the company’s loan portfolio from 200 to 900 million rubles. With the company's ambitious global expansion plans, he has no intention of stopping. He utilizes a range of options, including revolving credit, investment loans, and bank guarantees, to reach his goals.
His main responsibilities now include acquiring companies, coordinating with government agencies for funding, purchasing industrial facilities, and expanding the company's presence in the bond market. Additionally, he is responsible for assessing and calculating the profitability, payback period, attractiveness, and other parameters of investment projects, which are then presented to and approved by the Leber board of directors.
He has close interactions with various financial institutions, including banks, leasing companies, and factoring companies. He always tries to get the most favorable conditions for providing leverage and other financial products.
He transformed management accounting in organizations. To acquire production resources, he obtained a loan for investment.
He implemented a method for earning money by making deposits. This solution enables the company to generate extra income. He started a project that allows to get cashback by transferring salaries to employees.
Before becoming a part of Leber, Janos worked in the banking industry and gradually advanced from a specialist to an office director. Several times, he became the best employee of a large bank in Russia.
He speaks Hungarian fluently. He is interested in football.
