Artem Sorokin and his colleagues established Leber Group LLC in the autumn of 2010. In the first year, sales outperformed projections, reaching a level exceeding 100 million rubles.
He built a financial system for the company and secured a line of credit worth 500 million rubles to replenish inventories.
He launched a finished goods warehouse and implemented a parts replenishment model. Currently, the warehouse handles approximately 1 billion goods annually.
He developed his unique approach to recruiting staff. His efforts resulted in a production facility that now generates a monthly output of over 150 million rubles.
Between 2015 and 2017, he and his colleagues focused on developing the construction process for frame wooden houses. Throughout this time frame, they successfully constructed over 10 houses and earned a profitable return on investment.
He was the ideological inspirer and organizer of the writing of the book “Leber Group: Business on the Hill,” which was released in a limited edition in 2020 to mark the com’s tenth anniversary.
Since 2021, he has headed the board of directors of Leber.
Since 2022, he has been educating students at the Russian School of Management, specifically teaching a course on Goldratt's Theory of Constraints of Systems. With the same lectures, he took part in the educational program “General Director’s School”, and also released a series of classes on organizing a sales department.
As a mentor, he provides consulting services to businesses, specializing in growth and scaling.
With his active presence on social networks, he provides insights on managing a large company. He shares the knowledge he learns from the world’s top business schools.
