- Ivan Afanasev
Ivan Afanasiev played a key role in organizing Leber's IT team and developing its IT infrastructure. He participated in the launch of the warehouse and the manufacture and their further digitalization.
He created a system to help engineers work with technical documentation. Based on specifications, he created guidelines, templates, and automated calculations. Ivan brought together a team of engineers and implemented process automation for effortless interaction.
Ivan assembled a group of 3D designers and established design principles and visual presentation standards for goods.
He is both the author and manager of the Moskvich and Scientific Playgrounds projects. He collaborated with design and engineering teams to develop interactive gaming systems that enhance children's learning through play.
Throughout his graduate studies, Ivan was a teacher for 4th-5th year students, focusing on systems analysis and information systems architecture. His scientific background includes the development of a visual perception modeling system using neural networks, which he presented in Bremen, Germany.
Besides his job at Leber, Ivan designed an IT solution for organizing business games at Lukoil. Furthermore, he introduced a new website for the charity foundation situated at the Russian Children’s Clinical Hospital. Additionally, he formulated a technological solution for a marketing campaign and established a promotional website "Norilsk on the Net" for a Norilsk Nickel subsidiary.
He is an avid supporter and expert of prototyping in Google Sheets, able to design and develop any system before it moves into the development phase. He has a deep understanding of neural networks, machine learning, and blockchain technologies.
In his free time, he indulges in photography, squash, and tennis.
