Client: AFI Development.
Objective: design the residential complex courtyard in a natural eco-friendly style. While the developer was drawn to the flagship «Barium» play complex, its standard high-tech aesthetic needed to be adapted to fit the natural courtyard concept.
Solution: for the first time, the Leber team executed a custom modification of the «Barium» play complex. Engineers and technologists adapted the HPL panels to feature a realistic natural wood texture. This approach seamlessly integrated the intricate architecture of «Barium» into the site’s eco-landscape, while fully preserving the key advantages of HPL plastic—high resistance to moisture, UV fading, and temperature fluctuations. To maintain visual cohesion, the site was further equipped with swings, rope climbing structures, and interactive panels from the «Leber Natural Eco Series» in a matching color scheme.
Result: a stylish play area was established in the residential courtyard, combining the visual warmth of a natural aesthetic with the peak performance capabilities of modern materials. The project demonstrated Leber’s manufacturing flexibility and capacity to customize complex solutions to meet the developer’s unique aesthetic requirements.
