Workout System: Swedish wall
1. Use overhead bars for pull-ups. Grab the bar with a grip slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and pull your body up until your chin is above the bar. Lower yourself back to the starting position.
2. For push-ups, place your hands on the bar and perform push-ups while maintaining a straight line with your body.
3. Exercise to train your grip: hang on the bar head down, trying not to bend your legs.
