Workout System: Stop with stops for push-up

1. Go to the horizontal bar, grab the bar with a grip slightly wider than shoulder-width.

2. Pull your body up until your chin is level with the bar, then slowly lower yourself back down.

3. Place your hands on a bench shoulder-width apart, your feet may be on the floor or another surface.

4. Lower yourself down, bending your elbows to an angle of about 90 degrees, and then return to the starting position.
