Workout System: Stop with stops for push-up
1. Stand facing the bench, place your palms on the supports, placing them shoulder-width apart.
Make sure your body is in a straight line from head to heels, with your feet flat on the floor or elevated.
2. Slowly lower yourself down, bending your elbows to about a 90-degree angle while maintaining tension in your core.
3. Maintain a straight body line and avoid arching in the lower back.
4. Return to the starting position by straightening your arms.
