Workout System: Bars for push-ups

1. Stand between the bars and grab them, your shoulders should be at the level of your wrists.

2. As you inhale, slowly lower your body, bending your elbows until they form a 90-degree angle. Make sure your elbows are pointing slightly back and not out to the sides.

3. As you exhale, use the strength of your arm and shoulder muscles to lift your body to the starting position, fully straightening your elbows.
