Playground in the park

Client: City of Moscow

Objective: To create a large-scale, themed play hub within a developed park area. The space needed to effectively combine imaginative role-play scenarios with athletic equipment for multi-directional physical activity catering to children of all ages.

Solution: The centerpiece of the location is a multi-level play complex styled as an airport terminal, complete with a control tower, play portholes, and themed bas-reliefs. The lower tier of the complex was transformed into an interactive zone with integrated educational modules, while the upper level is equipped with bridge transitions and safe open slides. The sports segment is outfitted with a massive spatial maze made of durable reinforced ropes, vertical climbing walls with specialized holds, and flexible suspended elements for balance training.
