Client: LSR Group.
Objective: select a high-quality domestic alternative to the foreign equipment used in Phase 1 of the residential complex, without compromising on quality, design, or functionality. The project required creating a dynamic, vibrant space in a modern urban aesthetic, adhering to the developer’s strict timeline and passing a multi-stage technical audit.
Solution: Leber fully equipped the play and sports areas for the «Luchi-2» project using eco-friendly glued laminated timber (glulam) and wear-resistant HPL plastic. The site combines multi-level towers, educational panels, swings, built-in trampolines, and a full-scale workout zone.
During project implementation, the Leber team delivered:
Digital Integration: the developer’s architects designed the playground via the Partner Portal on Leber’s website, accelerating equipment selection and budget estimation. Dimensional inaccuracies in the initial master plan were promptly corrected by engineers before entering production;
Compliance with Strict Standards: LSR representatives audited Leber’s manufacturing facility, rating it as one of the top production sites in the industry. During installation, post concreting and assembly were conducted with mandatory formal sign-offs by the client’s technical supervision team;
Full Documentation Package: 5 complete sets of passports and certificates of conformity for all installed elements.
Result: the developer received an aesthetically engaging, weather-resistant play environment for its residents. The HPL and glulam equipment effortlessly endured a snowy winter without requiring special maintenance, resulting in zero warranty claims after a full year of operation. The project’s success solidified a long-term partnership, with Leber already working on subsequent phases of the complex.
