Built the company's financial model, secured a credit line for inventory replenishment, the size of which now exceeds 500 million rubles.
Launched a finished goods warehouse and implemented an inventory replenishment model. The warehouse currently turns over about 1 billion goods annually.

Developed a proprietary method for hiring employees. Created a production facility from scratch, which now generates over 150 million rubles in output per month.
From 2015 to 2017, together with colleagues, developed the timber-frame wooden house construction direction. During this period, more than 10 houses were built, and investment payback was achieved.
