Exercise technique
Grasp the first crossbar with a straight grip (palms away from you)
Alternately intercept your hands as you move forward
Keep the body tense, avoiding swinging
Legs can be kept: straight (complex version); bent at the knees (light version)
Forbidden:
Sudden jerks and swinging movements
Simultaneous lowering of both arms
Using the equipment for more than 2 people at the same time
