It is forbidden to use:

  • in ice/rain (slippery rungs)

Exercise technique

  • Grasp the first crossbar with a straight grip (palms away from you)

  • Alternately intercept your hands as you move forward

  • Keep the body tense, avoiding swinging

  • Legs can be kept: straight (complex version); bent at the knees (light version)

Forbidden:

  • Sudden jerks and swinging movements 

  • Simultaneous lowering of both arms 

  • Using the equipment for more than 2 people at the same time

Important! Before starting a workout, it is mandatory to warm up the hands and shoulder girdle. If you experience joint pain, stop exercising immediately.
