Stand on the platforms with your knees slightly bent.
Hold the movable handles firmly.
Keep your back straight, leaning your torso slightly forward.
Begin alternating leg pushes backward and downward, simulating cross-country skiing motion.
Move your arms forward and backward in coordination with your legs.
The leg pushing off should be fully extended without locking the knee.
The other leg bends, preparing for the next push.
Arm movements should be rhythmic and synchronized with the legs (right arm forward — left leg back, and vice versa).
Keep your elbows slightly bent and hands relaxed.
