Fitness Station: Twister
1. Stand on the twister platform with your feet in the indicated places. Make sure your feet are in line and your knees slightly bent for better stability.
2. Begin to slowly rotate your pelvis in one direction, then in the other. Keep your torso straight and engage your abs to prevent unnecessary tension in your lower back.
3. Use your arms to maintain balance by holding them at your waist or extending them to the sides.
Load increase:
As you master it, start adding dynamics by speeding up your movements.
For greater intensity and training of different muscle groups, you can perform movements using dumbbells.
