Fitness Station: Press, Pullup and the Swedish wall

1. Rings:

Use rings for various exercises:

  • Pull-ups

  • Push-ups

  • Pull-ups

  • Hold the rings in the up position to improve your grip.

2. Horizontal bar

  • Pull-ups: Grab the bar and pull your body up.

  • Use different grips to change the emphasis of the load on different muscle groups.

3. Swedish wall

  • Perform supported pull-ups, push-ups, crunches (lie on your back with your feet on the bar) and squats.

4. Abdominal support

  • Stand between the supports, rest your hands on them.

  • Raise your legs, keeping them straight, to a level parallel to the floor or higher.

  • Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position.
