Fitness Station: Press, Pullup and the Swedish wall
1. Rings:
Use rings for various exercises:
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Pull-ups
Hold the rings in the up position to improve your grip.
2. Horizontal bar
Pull-ups: Grab the bar and pull your body up.
Use different grips to change the emphasis of the load on different muscle groups.
3. Swedish wall
Perform supported pull-ups, push-ups, crunches (lie on your back with your feet on the bar) and squats.
4. Abdominal support
Stand between the supports, rest your hands on them.
Raise your legs, keeping them straight, to a level parallel to the floor or higher.
Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position.
