Fitness Station: AB-Pullup

Using the horizontal bar

1. Walk up to the pull-up bar and grab the bar with a wide or shoulder-height grip.

2. Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar. Keep your body straight and tense.

3. As you exhale, slowly lower yourself to the starting position, controlling the movement.

4. Repeat the exercise 8-12 times in 2-4 approaches.

Using press supports

1. Stand between the supports and place your hands on them.

2. Raise your legs, keeping them straight, to a level parallel to the floor or higher.

3. Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position.
