Workout System: Pull-ups

Performing pull-ups

1. Go to the horizontal bar and grab the bar with a wide or narrow grip (depending on the desired goal).

2. Hang on the horizontal bar with your legs stretched down, your body should be straight.

3. As you exhale, pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.

4. As you inhale, slowly lower yourself to the starting position, controlling the movement.

5. Repeat the exercise 8-12 times in 2-4 approaches.

Using a wall bars

1. Place your feet on the bottom bar of the wall and your hands on the floor or on the bottom bar (depending on the difficulty level).

2. As you inhale, lower your body by bending your elbows, then as you exhale, return to the starting position. Repeat 10-15 times in 2-4 sets.
