Residential complex «Happiness»

Client: Etalon Group.

Objective: To install the largest possible play structure within the compact courtyard of a residential building. The limited site dimensions significantly restricted the choice of equipment, while the design still needed to maintain all required safety clearances and circulation routes.

Solution: The 5.4-metre-tall «Tree House» standard catalogue model was selected for the playground. Its vertical configuration provides a wide range of play activities within a compact footprint. The spiral stainless-steel slide makes full use of the structure’s height while remaining within the site boundaries. The layout was designed around the fencing, landscaping and other elements of the courtyard. All required safety clearances were contained within the playground area.

Result: A large play structure was successfully integrated into the compact site without compromising safety requirements. The vertical structure became the focal point of the courtyard and maximised the use of the limited space.
