A key feature of the new facility is the 6×6-meter painting zone. These dimensions allow for the simultaneous processing of massive play complex elements or a significant increase in the number of smaller parts per cycle. Production specialists estimate that this workspace effectively doubles the painting capacity compared to previous facilities.
The primary technical advancement of the new booth is its intelligent supply and exhaust ventilation. A combination of multi-stage filters and automation manages internal pressure and temperature at every stage of the process. During operation, the booth maintains positive pressure, which prevents dust from settling on the surfaces being painted. This sterile approach is essential for ensuring the coating achieves maximum strength and durability.
«The automation independently maintains the specified pressure and temperature parameters, minimizing the impact of external factors and guaranteeing consistent results,» commented Fail Shafeev, Production Director at Leber.
Despite the increased capacity, application protocols remain rigorous. Automated management ensures strict adherence to temperature maps, preserving the premium structure of the coating even at full production load.
Currently, the Leber Innovation Center is beginning test cycles for painting fiberboard elements. With the first batch of materials already on order, this will allow the company to integrate complex solutions into the production cycle for children’s and sports spaces that require an impeccable finish.
