Fitness Station
Pull-up bar: Pull yourself up, holding the bar to chin level.
Bars: Perform push-ups by going down and back up.
Abs: Lie on a platform and do sit-ups to train your abs.
Handlebar: Hold onto the handlebar and move around to exercise your grip muscles.
Ladder bar: Perform pull-ups, increasing the number over time.
Wall: Used for acrobatic exercises; Only work if you have experience.
Stepping Platform: Perform cardio exercises by walking on and off the platform one at a time.
Gymnastic ring: Use for gymnastic exercises, checking the comfortable height.
Rope: Climb and descend for an upper body workout.
